Sydney's Big Adventure

For a special little pre-birthday celebration, Kevin and I decided to play hooky and take Sydney to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. They have fabulous rides for kids her age we knew that it would be a great way to kick off the weekend.

I can't believe that my little toddler is now a 4-year-old! Somehow this birthday was a little bittersweet. I was so excited to celebrate this year because SHE was so excited. She could hardly wait for the big day, counting down weeks before. "Is it my birthday yet?!" Kevin and I were looking forward to the big day, knowing that her little eyes would like up and we'd get to see that ear-to-ear smile as she took in every detail of the day.

We celebrated at "Funderland," which is an amusement park for the little ones. They absolutely loved it!
